If you are an occasional traveler; it may not be applicable to you but if you travel quite often then better you choose some other airline.

This month I had worst experience ever with any Airline. I am not a great admirer of Airdeccan but still better.

The incident was : When I was returning from Delhi to Pune , I got a message from Indigo saying the flight rescheduled by 2 hours. Having confirmed to the call center I found it 4 hours delayed.

When I reached the airport the counter was closed and I missed the flight. Surprisingly I was not that late for first schedule. Flight was at 3:45 and I got there at 3:20. As per call center it should be 5:45.

I had to take another flight for pune. And this happened to many people arround and now they are not admitting the mistake.

Friends I want to suggest you to check the fares also and compare it with SpiceJet. Amazingly its cheaper and better in service. I can’t compare with Jet or Kingfisher where they call every individual till last moment of flight. 

I am not against any of the Airline but if this would be the case in any other country they would not only apologise sincerely but reimburse.

As per my experience of flying I would rate the Airline in two categories.

A. Low Cost Cariers:

1. Spice Jet
2. Air Deccan
3. Go Air
4. I don’t Like it to Put on this place even - Indigo

B. Frill Airlines

1. King Fisher
2. Jet Airline
3. Indian and Air India ( Suprisingly but please experience)
4. Sahara
