This is in respect to the INDIGO AIRLINE PNR EE81YN, BOOKING ID NF2293984105524, and whrerein door changed at the connecting terminal Kolkata. There was a halt of 3 hrs at Kolkata, and as the door no. was already mentioned as 20 on the boarding pass, which we got while onboarding our flight from Patna, we didn't cross checked the door no. on the display screen as we were unaware of this fact that the door keeps changing frequently even though mentioned on the BP. Our connecting flight was at 22:25 hrs and we were around the door 20 by sharp 21:40 and we didn't see any person around, thinking that the flight would have got delayed and we waited there; in few seconds I enquired to one of the Indigo staff about the onboarding of our flight and we were asked to check the display screen, but we were not seeing any of the information displayed for our flight number. Panicking we started looking around for any staff to guide and found a guy walking towards us asking our flight name and we found that onboarding was already done from another gate for which they already took away the remaining passengers from door 20 to the destinated door. But since we were not there around at that point in time we missed to go along with them.


At 22:05, we were told that we already missed our flight as onboarding was already done. Even after so much of request we were not allowed to onboard as our check in luggage were offloaded, though we still had around 20 mins left in the takeoff, which was again very flexible to do so with INDIGO and later while enquiring with the other Indigo staff we came to know that our amount cannot be refunded as half of the trip was already covered by us.


And since it was the last flight for the day and there were no other flight I had to spend the whole night in the Hotel in completely unknown city, Also I had to take next day's flight for 2 of us, PNR – NCCJ3D, which costed me, 15, 500.In this, we were made to onboard by 19:05 and the flight time was 19:15, which was again very flexible for the staff to do so.


It was a huge loss to me due to the carelessness of the Indigo staff who did not bothered to make announcement neither did they make proper management in arranging for information for changing onboarding door frequently.


I want the compensation for all my loss as I am the frequent flyer of the flight or else I have to take further step.
