It is the largest airline in India in terms of carrying the passengers.The usp of its success is the low cost airlines.This unique feature along with the great service makes it more preferable among its competitors.The middle class & lower middle class first choice now a days is Indigo due to its cost cutting features.it has already become quite successful in its 10 yrs life span & With the growing need & demand they are keep customising themselves.i personally visit Indigo Airlines when ever I travel in my country.The overall experience with Indigo so far is very good & customer service & response both are satisfactory to me.I faced so much problem whn I did not get the ticket of Indigo and eventually I had to cut spice airlines ticket.The customer care service was terrifying & horrible.considering the low budget good response from customer care executive I truly & always recommend Indigo Airlines for domestic travel purpose
