I am a frequent traveler for IndiGo too the lady at check in time are rude and they are Completely class 4 category they way they respond is horrible she said this is not bus a station or railway station to check in anytime n she didn't allow the other lady who was in front of me . I told her to go n sit in bus or railways station when she doesn't know how to speak to passengers . Flight is uncomfortable for seating I never tried food as short journeys they say they dnt supply anything .
Other than that I met the pilots journey is really awesome I had experienced.
I loved the way pilots spoke to me n clarified some of doubts of Airways.
And then after speaking to pilots I had become a great fan of INDIGO .
I LOVE INDIGO .
