I want to share one of my bad experience with airlines company. I had indigo flight at 7 AM from delhi to pune on 03 aug 2016.
Flight got delayed frequently by 1 hr then 2 hrs and got rescheduled to 9 am. without any notice or communication
Cause of delay was not due to any natural reasons. Delay was Due to internal issues of indigo i.e delay in previous flight. what is this?
We have to face the consequences of such delays as our complete trip get disturbed. which is not good for my business.
Executives at the indigo help us with no solution. They dont even take initiative for making adjustments with another airlines.
This type of behaviour creates mental harassment.
I recommend never book indigo ever.
