I had travelled by 6 E 103 on 19 May . Flight was delayed at Pune by 45 minutes. That was due to bad weather, hence accepted. The flight landed in Bangalore by 2340 hours. The baggage was to be collected at Conveyor belt no 5. The passengers had to wait for more than 1 hour to get the baggage. Indigo ground staff were clueless and upon repeated passenger queries they just disappeared from the desk. There was no ground services manager for Indigo who could be contacted. Passenger of Jet Airways and Spice jet whose flights landed 20 minutes later also got their baggage in 15 minutes and departed .
Indigo Airlines ensured that all passengers of flight 6 E 103 had an unforgettable horrible experience of waiting for 1 hour and 10 minutes before the baggage started coming belt no 5 . SO WHEN YOU TRAVEL INDIGO NEXT TIME BUDGET ONE HOUR EXTRA FOR BAGGAGE.
