The airline rescheduled my flight from DEL to BOM.
As per the industry practice, all the airlines make free of cost rescheduling or cancellations to such reservations. However, Indigo doesn't.
On contacting the customer care, I was told that the airlines will not reschedule or cancel my flight free of cost and I will have to pay an amount close to some INR 18, 000.00.
The customer care executive was rude from the beginning and when I asked to be talk to his senior, he put me on hold for about 10 minutes and later said that the senior is busy and won't be able to take my call.
I had to fly with them just because of "the call of desperate times".
Otherwise, I advise that if you have a tight schedule or connecting flights, do NOT travel with Indigo. They will reschedule your flight(prepone upto 2 hours and postpone upto 3 hours) and will not accommodate you in any other flight. They will just keep chanting " our Terms and Conditions".
