I have been in this flight two times and both time my experiences were not at all good. First of all its never punctual .what the use of clock or timing displayed because flight is never on time and is delayed always.
Even the checking point is not apprciable because the staffs are not so helpful .u dont get enough information from them.for the first timer its really difficult to know whats the next step and whom should we ask. Onboard staff were good . As they guided as and where needed. I will barely recommend this flight to others.
