Travelling in a aeroplane is dream of every common man. I also had the same dream. I travelled for the first time from Delhi to Pune. I was not aware of good airlines. I only knew some big names like Air India. I saw prices were lowest in Indigo Airlines, hence I booked in it. I reached airport and went to Indigo counter for check in. The receptionist were polite and very helpful.
I have some baggage issue, they cleared that issue without any unnecessary imposition. I was warm welcomed when I reached the flight. As I was travelling for the first time I didn't know about the process which we need to carry out like locking up seat belt. The air hostess were so helpful that they guided me every time being a newbie. I had pain in my ear while travelling the air hostess came and gave me lukewarm water and also told me some technique to reduce pain.
Overall the flight experience was awesome. This airline is best in class. They have good customer service. I believe in years to come this airlines would be the top airlines company.
