Indigo is a pathetic airline when it comes to baggage handling. Twice my bag was mishandled. There was water in bag once when I was travelling by Indigo, as they were unable to cover bags during luggage transfer.
The customer care dismissed it as minor damage and never responded to queries despite pictures of the mishandling presented. Pathetic service provided by them. Despite this they will quote at the end of mail, that we value customer feedback. Hypocrisy and mediocrity personified.
