A Complaint on IndiGo Airlines. Review on Indigo Airlines

I want say some worst thing happen at the IndiGo Airlines. Actually what is the job of Airlines staff. First of all they should respect the customers in a nice manner and take the respect, they should talk with the passengers very sincerely. But recently the staff of the indigo airlines started beating to the old passenger, the old passenger just ask for a problem and ask the question? to solve his problem the old passenger ask them immediately the staff started beating to the old passenger. Recently the seen has also recorded in the channel.

I it is not good the staff to do like that, the officers should take action on the staff and should suspend them from job. The old passenger gave complaint to the office, the officers started to take action on the staff Why this is happen like this? Why the staff has beat to old passenger, what is the reason?

Not only this there are so complaint were upon this indigo airlines.
