One of the cheapest fare and facility of indigo. Review on Indigo Airlines

I have booked couple of ticket from IRCTC of Indigo Airlines from kolkata to varanasi during the booking it was asked sir name of passenger which was not mentioned in my Id but in IRCTC column sir name was asking so forcefully I have to write my sir name there and booked my ticket few days later for confirmation I Called customer care of indigo they said if in your id sir name is not there then why did you mentioned so I had to cancell my ticket and rebook online with help of indigo customer care executive,

so here I must say please ensure all your booking partner make it easier and dont cheat to customer like this way, check in facility was outstanding flight attendants facility some times available and sometimes not so need to improve for new passenger to hassal free experience seating space is poor, punctuality of each staff is good, customer care executive of indigo are outstanding.fare of indigo flight is very cheap.
