I have booked my ticket from Del to Hyd for 26th Oct 2014 which will be starting @ 4:30PM.Actually I was coming from Russia.Unfortunately I have reached T3 Delhi airport @ 11 am and from there I have reached Domestic airport @12.
I have reached customer service desk and requested to place me in an early Hyderabad flight which runs before my scheduled(@4:30) flight.With out any arguments they have placed me in 12:30 Delhi-Hyderabad-Visakhapatnam flight.
I was having only 20mins to clear all my security checks and reach the flight.I have explained the same to everyone who are standing in security check line, they helped and gave me a way to go fast and police and Indigo team has arranged a special bus to reach the flight.At last I have reached my flight and destination safely.Thanks to each and every person how as helped me.
