Hi,
There are many items that got missing from my luggage, and the staff and customer care just dont care to reply! Worst experience never going for with indigo again.
Have mailed them, called them, have done it all multiple time, but they just dont seem to care. They always have the same attitude that mam sorry we are not responsible, once the you have taken the luggage we dont have any responsibility.
Like really, what do they want, that we open out luggage at airport and search if any of the items are missing.
Highly disappointed.
