Yesterday my brother was travelling from patna to new delhi by a indigo flight his flight was on 16/09/2017, he had to check in for his flight at 1:40 pm due to some unavoidable circumstances he reach there at 1:53. He was waiting for the flight for about 2 hours at the airport. He literally begged their employees for let him in but they were very blut said sorry and asked him to buy ticket for next flight. It was clearly mentioned on his ticket that boarding gate closes 25/45 mins prior to time of departure, but their staff were so reluctant and were happy to earn more from him. But after this one hour their one staff cams to him and said that the other staff could have let him board but they were not all helpful and did wrong to you as it had happened before. And the situation so pathetic as per my brother started crying just because he had his mother admitted in hospital. Overall scenario was that he spent around 8 to 10 hours on airport as well he had to pay extra 3200 rs for the next flight whenever he had paid 5800 for the previous one. Their staff behaviour was also so reluctant that he was helpless at that moment of time. Obviously indigo you missed your customer not only one but many others who are reading this.
