This was my first time flight booking in Indigo Airlines, I booked my ticket on 11th August, 2016 for the flight on 7th September, 2016. PNR 6E-BB5PFT from Jaipur to Mumbai. I was excited for the travel as I got a good discount on the ticket, I was travelling with my family, I choose flight travel as my wife is expecting. But we ran out of time due to unavoidable circumstance, the flight was supposed to depart at 5.35 PM and we reach at the check in counter at 5.02 PM, but was refused by the indigo staff for check-in they said they can't help ime n this case. I requested them that my wife is expecting and I was with my little daughter, due to certain reason I was unable to reach airport on time, but they denied. The staff suggested me to reschedule the flight for the next day with the same price I booked earlier with certain cancellation charges, I agreed to them and moved out. But when I checked with the Indigo airlines reservation counter they said I will be charged for a fresh ticket booking and the cancellation charges of the ticket will be 85% of the ticket booked. So I decided to go by Train instead of paying nearly 10k for a fresh ticket. This is the worst customer service I got by the Indigo Airlines. The ticket I booked was non-refundable, for a common man like me this loss is not bearable. So I request the airline to refund my ticket amount.
