I reached the chennai airport by 4.40AM entrance to catch my flight which will depart at 5.25 AM today(21-Nov-2016) morning.
There was some problem with my mobile, so I can't show my ticket via mobile at that time. So, I panicked and wasted 5 mins in the entrance itself.
Then I decided to take a print out from your Indigo office situated at Chennai Airport Teminal, which costs around 50Rs.
After taking the print out, I reached the Indigo executive within 4.50AM. But the executive told, 'You are late'.
So, we can't onboard to the flight. I said, 'It's only 10 mins, right?. Please do the needful. Also, I belong to the Jammu Army Force. I need to report
on time'. But, he rejected my plea.
Then, I asked him, 'If he could help me to get into other flights atleast to Delhi'. Customer service executives told that I need to pay an extra
8000Rs for the same. I asked them, 'What about tommarrow?'. They said, 'You need to pay an extra 6000Rs'. When I checked the fare at later, when mobile
was working, the total cost for the ticket is only 9000Rs. I have paid Rs. 6500 earlier for my missed flight. Aleast, they could have subtracted that
amount which I paid earlier and asked me the remaining amount for the next flight. They could have shown some respect to Army and helped me.
Please pay respect to Army and offer some flexible facilities. I came from a village situated 650 kms far away from the Chennai Airport.
I'm going to serve the nation after crossing all these kind of odd situations.
It is really frustrating with your service.
