Beware of indiaplaza.in
They take your money and do not deliver the goods too.
I have no other choice but to go to consumer court.
          
  
I placed my order on April 02, 2008 and till date i.e. May 01, 2008 I am waiting for the same to arrive.
Customer service does not reply to my mail queries. When I call them in Bangalore (long distance charges are incurred by me) they give me a different story everytime.
 Once they said it is shipped, next time they said it will be shipped soon, then again they keep going back and forth on whether it has been shipped or not. When I asked for refund, they have not replied back. Customer support is pathetic.
Worst, My Account section on indiaplaza.in shows status as shipped but no shipping details are available. Not even date of shipping.
Website mentions that all orders are sent by bluedart, I wonder which courier company takes more than 1 day to deliver anywhere across india. But I feel bluedart too is fooling indiaplaza.in just like indiaplaza.in is fooling customers like us.
