1) First time, I ordered flowers for my granny’s bday from the site. It was in status "Pending authorisation" state for full 1.5 days and they delivered my flowers the next day to her bday!!.  They say on the site"Same day delivery" but their stupid payment system taked 1-2 days to process...
Whats the use of advertising this then??

2) Same ordered floweres a day in advance.. still the same.. (should i have learnt from my mistake)
And i called them up. and the guy says.. cannot help  as the account says payment has ot been recieved.. or else.. You can cancel the order"

3) I bought something in the promotional months they had going in the yr start. (somehow thier paymetn was maybe working then) . I was suppsosed to get a 100% cash value gift voucher.. and the when i do get it.. 3 months later. It says that it can only be used, if the total order amount is 5 times the voucher amount.  FIVE TIMES!!!! mad ppl they are...

BAD BAD BAD experince .. wld never buy anything from their now.
