INDIAPLAZA SUCKS..
MY ADVICE: PLZZZ DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM INDIAPLAZA..THEY SELL FAKE PERFUMES AND MANY FAKE PRODUCTS..

My experience:
I ordered for a perfume from Indiaplaza (212 Carolina Herrara for Men, 100ml) for Rs 2055. The mkt price is Rs 2850. Since Indiaplaza was giving a good discount, I ordered for this item.

After many days of waiting, I got a fake, tampered perfume. The perfume was leaking, there were scratches on the steel body of the perfume, and the worst thing is that it was fake.

I was stunned ! How can a renowed company like Indiaplaza sell fake products.

I called them up, and they told me that it happened by mistake and they will send a new and original perfume. They asked me to send the fake perfume back to their address. I sent back the perfume to their address, and guess what, the same packet returned to me. Also, I spent Rs 200 on the courier charges, which Indiaplaza told that they would refund, but they have never done it.

I made a complaint again and as per the promise, they told me that they are processing a new order. But that new order has not been processed yet. Its been around 2 months !!! and I havent got a new perfume.

Now I have demanded for the refund. I am still waiting for the refund. God knows if I will ever get it.

In all, Indiaplaza sucks. The service is pathetic. The employees of Indiaplaza dont know how to talk and the worst thing is that they lie .
