15 days promised delivery time , camera does not show up . Send a mail , no responses even after a week - in the meanwhile try to call

them , takes me 2 days but success at last . Promise that the camera shall be with me in another 5 days .

Suddenly someone wakes up in those 5 days and sends me a mail that they are not sure when the product can be delivered , and it will take another 15 days or more.

They have debited my card for Rs. 20k and now tell me after 20 days that the product is not avlbl and will take another 2 weeks . Dont list the item on the site if you cant commit to the delivery times !!! And if due to some issue in between you cannot deliver , keep the customer informed - thats the least expected .

Never again will I shop on indiaplaza or recommend anyone to .
