Indiapaza.co.in- I Made a transaction on Sunday, 24th Feb for a Sony Ericsson mobile phone through my Credit card.The website clearly
stated same day delivery for the product. I was expecting the mobile to be delivered on 25th ( Sunday no delivery). I am yet to receive the product.
Even after many call from my side, the customer service always seems to have an excuse but are yet to deliver the product. They take dow your mobile number but dont even to bother to inform you regarding the delay in shipment. Many of us shop on the net because we do not have the time and energy to shop in a regular shop. If this is the experience one has to go through then this spells doom to such websites.
Mr. V.S. Sudhakar are you listening.... Please be honest and provide better customer service and support or you might as well close shop.
