I have read a lot of negative reviews about this service on mouthshut and wanted to be sure that these are not exceptional cases where only ppl in distress are penning their opinion. So I am especially posting this review to make sure we have both sides of the story

Also not to forget, i have the option to track my shipments. Further to this, they even threw a customer survey in at the end of my order to make sure they ask the questions that determine their service levels

I really wish they keep up their service level and make it big in India. They are much needed!
