I have been shopping with Indiaplaza from 2005 and I have not faced many issues.  If i had any problem with the product, they always sent a replacement or refunded my money on time. Thats what is nice abt this site, even if they make a mistake they correct it on time. Once I was not able to use a  gift certificate. I spoke to a customer service agent who was  slow but helpful.

I had tried shopping with indiatimes and rediff but it was a very sad experience.   they are only good for content and e mails.  Thats why I started on indiaplaza, at least its focused on shopping needs. and its on indiaplaza that I have bought lots of books, 2 mobiles  and a digicam.

On their site they are saying that they delivered 10,000 harry potters on 21st.  thats a big number ..a number which is bound to have  some error rate. No wonder some people didnt get there book on time. 

I dont think you should not  make a decison based on 1 bad experience with anything in life. ......
