i pre-ordered my copy of harry potter and the deathly hallows with my credit card on the indiaplaza website on july12th on the condition that delivery was guaranteed on july 21st.
not only has
it STILL not been delivered to me ( tuesday july24th ) but no one responds to email enquiries – i have sent them over ten reminder e mails in the last three days and attached screen shots of the web pages which ironically still show my order as pending delivery – but there is no response.
and it is impossible to get through to their customer care number in Bangalore – it comes continuously busy.
is there any justice ? and what can be done to stop these low down cheats ? can any one advise me on what i should do next and how can i not only get my moneys back but how can i get compensated for all the time / effort /money that i have wasted so far ???
