SHOULD BE BANNED
Harbhajan Singh has bought disrepute to the game of cricket, by physically intimidating and slapping a colleague of the Indian team. If he had slapped an opponent, particularly a foreign player the crime would have multiplied. Now the board has to decide once in for all whether Bhajji should be banned for life or should be banned for 2 years.
Cricket is known to be a gentlemen’s game, now players like Bhajji,
Rawalpindi
express, etc are bring disrepute to the game. They are turning the game into gladiators paradise, showing animosity in the field. Earlier the players whatever difference they had was expressed in the dressing room, now post Chappell era, it is coming outside the closet more often.
Media seems to be keeping a close watch on each and every move by all these incorrigible players like Bhajji, when Pakistan Board has taken a bold step and banned Shoaib from playing in domestic cricket why not the same apply to Bhajji too. He too should be banned from playing domestic cricket for 5 years.
