i came from bangkok to delhi in air india last week and tell you the service & journey was awful .To start with, when we reached at bangkok airport , there was NOONE at the Airindia counter...after alot of wait staff started to show up..ATLAST..when i deposited my luggage to them , i requested them to put up fragile stickers on my luggage , and to my surprise , they had only 3 stickers available with them.and guess what ...i was the first one to collect my boarding pass , i guess what happened with others as many people buy electronic items from bangkok...ok finally when i boarded the flight , the cabin was so old and stinking ...the air hostess were aunties and they were not really polite with passengers , but the steward present there was really very polite and helpful...when the plane was about to take off, the cabin started shaking and the engine was making a strange sound , i was praying that if i land at delhi , i wont ever travel with air india...but finally v reached delhi safe and sound,
i wont ever recommend anyone to travel with air india...avoid it and live a long life..
