I recently flew AIR India business class London/Delhi, ,The check in Heathrow was fairly Chaotic, and the lounge was very scrungy indeed, in fact dirty. The flight attendants were very sullen and he service through out was perfunctory and very hit and miss, they did a drinks service on one side of teh palne and then did not bother with the other, even though we were only 15 people. The food service was dreadful anas in fact was the food, thrown at you an unintersting stew, a soggy chappati wrapped in a bit of foil, a slad which was ry and no dressing and a bit of soggy garlic bread and the breakfast was even worse. they were supposed to have flat beds. wrong they did not, the pillows were just oo uncomfortable, the whole experience was just not worth repeating.The only plus point about travelling Business class was able to get off this plane as fast as possible, which of course meant that you were able to get of the airport equally fast
