Indian Airlines   flies you across the length and breadth of the country.   The routes are so well planned that  you don’t waste time idling at airports if you have to catch aconnecting flight.. In a recent encounter with the ground staff  at Mumbai Airport the staff was polite and bokked us on the second flight as the first was already overbooked and eventold us the time to be at the counter.
Dot on the time given the staff was there and did mention us by name ot of such ameddling crowd. The directions and markings were clear and a heap of newspappers were at your disposal for the journey ahead. It serves and reaches mostly in time . The in flight service is great as compared to others and with the latest induction of fleets punctuality is perfect except ffor the fog delay. Baggage lost or misplaced is almost non exixtent. The ground staff is friendly and have acustomer service orientation who  are able to manage any situation or request.
