I am yet to receive the refund for the Indian airlines ticket that I cancelled on the Kochin Mumbai sector in Dec 2006. The booking was done on the internet using a credit card. I have called up the
offices in Mumbai, Kochin, chennai and Delhi but all of them seem to be passing the buck from one window to another.

Flight date: 28th dec 2006
Eticket reference: RELIY4
I have already submitted the cancellation proof to the authorities in Mumbai. I have written emails, apparently one day a lady by the name of Renu did respond saying that my refund will be made. But I have heard nothing from her nor Indian till date.
I am sure that there are more people out there who have a similar problem. I wish something could be done to recover this money.
Hope you can contact Indian regarding this issue and highlight to them the plight of passengers like me who are waiting for refund, I am sure if they want to survive stiff competition and service requirements they have to give proper service.
