Credit cards are lifelines in today's world. With guys usually in crunch financial position, credit cards help them in keeping their lives moving. One of my friends has an IndianOil Citibank Credit Card and is quite satisfied with it.
This card is particularly beneficial for those who regularly use a vehicle to commute. If you are not into driving regularly, then avoid this card. When you do online transactions via this card, you usually earn 2 turbo points for every INR 150 spent and if you happen to transact on listed IOCL outlets, then you get 4 points( each point equals one rupee). You can then redeem those points at IOCL outlets and get a discount on your fuel charges.
Additionally, you also get around 15% cashback on dinners as well. However, this scheme is applicable only at select food-joints. You should first go through the list of those select restaurants to avail the benefit. You also get reward points when you use this card at petrol pumps. Those points can be redeemed in the future.
Overall, it is a nice buy for regular commuters. However, make sure you keep a check on your expenses!
