Far from being useful. Review on IndianOil Citibank Credit Card

I wanted to do a quick review on my experience with Citibank Indian- oil credit cards. I was happy to change from hdfc to citibank with being my credit card bank but was very skeptical to fuel my bike at indian oil petrol pumps .

But I went ahead and got the card soon to realize that I was getting charged a fee for some of my transactions which after investigating found out that the indian oil pumps that I filled petrol at some did not have the required machines .

I extremely dont like the fact that we dont get the freedom to put petrol at . Personally I love my bike or my car and would never fuel at pump which has reputation of cheating customers with petrol or adulterated petrol( kasat indianoil petrol pump karve road) .

But citibank has the tie ups for which citibank gets benefited but not the customers . I agree that citibank does provide good customer service and online services but at the price of what that is the question . I also want to highlight that indian oil petrol pumps are far less compared to bharat( mY favorite) or Hp.
