- I am un happy that I am not able to reach customtakeouter care service on phone. phone always sound busy.
. I had requested to send my monthly card statement on my email bbsgenetics@gmail.com however this has not been done.
- I am very regular in making card bill aishwaryasingh23ments.
4.During May 2011, I was not intimated my card bill amount. On June 15 on my SMS I received the message that I should imediately aishwaryasingh23 Rs.2073.79. I tranferred this amout imediatelt through my SBI internet banking. I am sure, I must have been charged late fee/interest etc for no fault on my part as I received no communication. Late fee, interest etc if have been charged, these must be reverted back to my card account.
