i booked a MEAL FOR TWO at TAJ from http://www.indiafloristnetwork.com/. i booked it on 5th november for my mother and father on her birthday on 7th and they told on the website that it will take two working days, but today its 14th and still my mom has not received it. Not just that when i call the call center guys most of the times there number i.e. 98309 15026 is no reply and when they pic up they just say that they have send to the courier guys and it will reach soon.
they normally tell you to call after 1 hr and when you call again they wont pic ur call up. these guys really sucks. i have wasted my 2000/- buys guys now you please be ware. DONT EVER BOOK ANYTHING ON THIS WEBSITE. there are lots of other web sites please go there and book your gifts but not here. thanks, vivek.
