Hi Friends, Indiabulls Financial Services Ltd: One of the good financial service in India.I had been an Indiabulls homeloan customer form 2 years. Their loan processing speed is matchless. Their approval limits are also high. Initial interest rates are great too. The problem starts when you actually become their customer. They sneak interest hikes into your account without your notice gradually, though rates for new customers remains low. They will not be willing to revert the hike for any reason.Mine started at 10.5% at 2012 and now it is 11.5%. Their customer service is next to useless. They will not respond to your question directly. I just wanted a outstanding loan balance letter so I contacted them. They sent me EMI calculation sheet instead. I could not get the loan balance document even after 3 months of repeated email exchanges.They knew that I will use it to apply for a loan elsewhere. Finally after a lot of struggle, I got my loan transferred to HDFC. My advice to potential applicants - apply for Indiabulls only as a very last resort.Thank you, have a nice day.
