Hi. My experience was not that bad with them but it was neither good. I got into their trap of giving free adidas bag & free holiday voucher & placed the order.
Although the order reached me in time ( had placed the order on 17th april 08 & got the delivery on 2nd May 08 ) & the contents were as promised in the adv., I did not get the holiday voucher complete details with the parcel. This unique code which is required to make you eligible for the voucher was not available in the parcel. Then came the trying patience period. Since then I called them at least 10 times for this unique code only to realise that no one is taking responsibility. Then I get this unique code on 24th May ( after a gap of more than 15 days ) and that too ater I called them. There was no proactive response from their end. Once in a fit of anger, I even asked them to put me on to their senior so that i can put up my complain but they would not do so.
Finally, I enter the unique code to get my voucher but "hey its not over yet". What do I see, the so calle "FREE" holiday is not really free. I have to send a Rs.800 DD to M/s IndianHolidays ( these people r responsible for holiday booking ) as processing fee along with my request. And what a T&C. You cannot claim this Holiday on Weekends and Bank Holidays & during mini vacations. Moreover, The DD has to be of Indian Bank ( never really heard of this bank Before ) and you have to list three destinations of which M/s India Holidays will finalise one as per their will. I was so upset on reading this. They are cheating their customers to get a bad name for the site. Who would ever deal with them again after having such an experience.
To end on a positive note, the adidas bag was real & good & the encylopedias were original too.
