I ordered membership in July mid, 2007. While processing my order I was informed that my order will be processed in 2-3 weeks and I will be sent my gift of books. After 2-3 weeks,
I sent mail to know the status of my order.... to my surprize... it was never replied. I was expecting a quick reply to tell me when can I expect my order delivered. I again sent very strict mail on 8/23 to know the status... I hope they reply. If they not, I may have to launch a fraud complaint against India Today Book Club.
BUT FOR SURE>>> Indian retailers need to know that Customer Service is very critical for their business. Customer service is not that what ever customer says...just do it. It is to keep in touch with your customer and update what ever happening with their orders.......NO SURPRIZES PLEASE.
