Hopeless service you can ever imagine.
On 29 July I book domain name at India times. They say that it takes 3 days for registration. But no response comes from them for days together even by
reminder
emails. After 10 days they tell that doamin booked by some one else and after 65+ days (10/10) the money is refunded back.
After 2 months and follow up they ask me the account number... Ha Ha Ha
Tell me what you will call it as - Carelessness, irresponsible behaviour, delibrate Fraud or Who cares for customer attitude? I am not sure at this time!
I still have a claim of claim of compensation from them
compensation amount = ’’original amount’’ x ’’no of harassment days’’
i.e. Rs 400 x 65 days (approx.) = Rs 26000/- (and still increasing every day)
On Yahoo it took 15 minutes to see my domain name working.
