I bought an Apple IPod Nano of  2GB through Indiatimes .com. After 10 months
the display has gone, so I contacted the Indiatimes

and they replied that I
should pack the IPOD and send it to their vendor setting in Bombay { TE KNIX
416, Daulate Bhawan, opp Bhangwadi, Mumbai- 400002, cell -9820785463}

          

After much hassle I send them them the  product After 15 days I got the product back
and I got shock of my life…. Instead of my 2 GB NANO they send me  1GB shuffle 
which is no match….

          

 

          

I called the Indiatimes and their cust serv is pathetic I
called one of the TL on the phone (Sonia Maggo). She do not had any clue what
ever had happened and told me to send it back to their vendor…. They are making
fun out of every thing….. My product is under the warranty still I have to bear
their awful serv…

          

It’s my advice to all of you to not to buy the product from
Indiatimes and once you pay the money to them they tend to forget you……. It’s
better to go for the branded shops rather then these Internet thiefs
