If you want to take tension that too by paying money....please go to Indiatimes shopping. The worst ever experience of my lifetime.

I subscribed to Femina magazine 2 months back and was assured that will start getting megazine soon.....but to my dismay it turned out to be a false promise.  I wrote so many mails but all in vain...no response as if the customer care staff has gone to Carribean to watch world cup...grt8888...

Very poor Customer service, Bad attitude of customer care executives everything is just bad and bad. Please dont ever buy anything from the website.

Its better  you Book the Megazine kind of things from your newspaper delievery man...atlst you will have not  to notch your hairs in frustration...

When you will call a Customer care exec he will give you another number to call. when you will call on that number...you will get reply..."We will get back to you soon" and that soon never comes and i think will not ever come..

You waste your time, energy, patience and money in writing mails and calling CCE’s....sab pani mein...
