sp;          On seeing the advertisement on their newspaper and their 

online shopping site, I got inspired and started thinking of making the purchase simple. I ordered a DVD player and gave my credit card details  and started thinking to purchase movies to watch. Next day I jumped into their site to see the status, great the status changed to amount received. I started wondering about the speed they took the money from me and expected the product to be delivered that fast. I was not aware that I got into a HELL. The status didn’t change for a week and  after a week the status changed to ’Order Shipped’, Now I got some hope that the product could be delivered in days. But I was not aware that indiatimes ships product from ’Darkest part of the world’. Days passed on, weeks passed on, nothing got delivered. I started calling and mailing their support (10 Phone calls, 4 mails), for all these they have a standard reply ’YOUR ISSUE WILL BE ADDRESSED IN ANOTHER 24 HOURS’.  They don’t want to change their words, hence whenever you call they have a standard answer. If you start asking more, the connection will be disconnected. Slowly I got to know all of their customer support employees, who are there just to read out what I am seeing thru web as if I don’t know English or I can’t read anythin (GREAT SERVICE FOR PEOPLE WHO CAN’T READ).

p;              A month gone after the order has been ’SHIPPED’, now I got the meaning of shipped, the product at india times shopping are delivered from the darkest part of the world (From deep jungle in africa, from the HELL directly) a GREAT SERVICE FOR THE HUMAN COMMUNITY.

sp; Indiatimes really showed me what is HELL, you don’t know the status, you don’t know what will happen and even they don’t have any idea. The best part of Indiatimes shopping is ’THEY ARE SUPERFAST AND GREAT IN TAKING MONEY FROM YOU’ there after if you are lucky enough you or your son may get the product. Indiatimes serves for next generation too.

; As of now for the amount which I have paid, I got to know all the customer support person names, bunch of complaint numbers, order details showing ’Product shipped’ with some delivery number and the courier is ’Hand Delivery’ .

             
;              Waiting for the product which I bought in a virtual world, if I don’t get I will authorize my son to take that on my behalf after my death. Probably tha time DVD would have become obsolete.
