I had ordered gifts for my parents and in-laws for Diwali, they never received the gifts. My credit card was charged the same day, not only it was charged same day it was charged thrice for 2 orders. The web site displayed the status for orders as ’’Authorized’’ and ’’Shipped’’ respectively. After contacting IndiaPlaza after 15 days they asked me to send the postal address in India again. Then next day I receive a mail saying that they do not have the credit card info and asking me for the credit card info. Then I called them and asked them how come they charged my credit card 15 days ago without the credit card info? The person there said that he had no idea and suddenly there computer had some problems and so he could not check the status (It was all fake - computer going down and all). Then I canceled the orders, I received a mail about canceling the order and received the payment back only for the duplicate order that they had charged. Then after 2 days I get a mail that my orders are shipped and now they are not returning my money. For last 3 days I am trying to contact them and I get their answering machine, nither they are replying to my mails, I just get automated replies.
This Diwali I could not send any gifts for my parents and in-laws. This site is all fraud.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE.
1. They charge credit cards first and don’t ship the order, then give an insane excuse for not shipping the order. (Like no credit card Info).
2. They cancel the order first and then later ship it. (They don’t return the money).
3. The customer service does not know why the orders are delayed.
4. The web site displays the wrong status for the orders.
