I bought one product from India PLaza and with that I had received a receipt saying that I got $10 gift certificate.But after 6 months also I have not yet received $10 gift certificate.Meanwhile I gave them lots of calls and told about it.Everytime I had to describe my problem.They asked me for 24 hours and told me that they will give me ring in 24 hours.But I never got a ring from them.

Meanwhile I had ordered Rakhi gift to be delivered to INdia.It was not delivered on time.When I tried to ask them they played it very cool.Again the same thing....asked for 24 hours and they never called me.It’s really frustrating to follow them since u never get good feedback.In the country like US where the customers are taken good care ,the online INdiaplaza shopping must be sued and stopped.These people are just disgusting.They need to trained to speak truth.Very disappointing experience.
