I placed an order (for groceries) online at www.indiaplaza.com in early June. For a few days, I didn’t receive anything about order status. So, I called them. Mr. Bharath said that the order would be shipped on the following Saturday. I also emailed them regarding the order status. I received an email that the order would be shipped at the "earliest." To follow up on this, I called them again on the following Monday . A representative said that the order will take 3-4 days to be shipped, on Thursday. When I called back on Thursday, a representative said that order will be shipped the following Monday because of issues with their vendor. When I called again on Monday, Ms. Amy said that order will be shipped and I should be receiving it in 3-4 days, by Friday. Today, I checked my account on their website to see the status of the order. Apparently, the order was cancelled without my consent. I was also wrongfully sent an e-mail saying that they "cancelled the order, as per my request." This is false information. They cancelled my order without my consent. I am very upset with this company for giving me false information about shipment and order status. It has been extremely difficult since I just moved a new state without the groceries. I am tired of contacting Indiaplaza. I have been very patient with them even though they gave me wrong information about shipping the order. When I called today, Mr. Bharath said that the vendor has cancelled all their orders. I cannot believe that they waited so long to check on this order. Without even checking the availibilty of the products, they charged my credit card. I waited for 20 days. This has been the worst experience regarding shopping online.. Mr. Bharath also said that most of the grocery products are being shipped from India. Upon inquiring today that their vendor is actually located in New York, I cannot believe that I was given false information again. I have wasted my time, my money spent making phone calls,  and was charged on my credit card even before the order was verified for products’ availibility.

Bottom line is DO NOT SHOP AT INDIAPLAZA.COM
Don’t trust the fake courteous customer service. The reps did not give correct info and did not realize how much of my time and money they wasted.
