Story:

I met Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam yesterday…..in my dream. He has an MS id as well. APJAK2020. Surely he was a star writer. He wrote a review calledIgnited Minds. The review however is not limited in 7500 charactors, but about 100 pages. It is indeed a good motivational write up capable to ignite the soul of MS youth. There are 2000 readings and 75 VU ratings. I am reading the comment column of the book… sorry, review.

I could see many of us posted our interesting questions to him.

MB Farooq asked, "Dr. APJAK, how imperative is that the younger generation follows the footsteps of wise man for a stronger and united India"

"Being a Muslim, how could you so associated with the principles of Bhagavat Gita as well?"Asks Manu.

"I was lucky to attend one of your speeches and I cannot forget your words…’’Sanjoy was more than happy.

It was the turn of Daya next"If atleast 10% of Indians follow your footsteps, we will be a great nation. What do you feel the best strategy to take India to wings of wisdom?"

Santhosh asked"what you have in store for 100 crore aam admis?"

Abha was there too. "You have impressed and touched us not just with your humanity but also with your humility!"

Shanti was more enthusiastic to give her comment "you are one of the most down to earth person to have graced the chair. I hope we see many more such leaders like you. How important do you think the young leaders to the India's ambition to become a super power?"

Sumit&Mak were there, they requested for a joint question which Faisal gladly permitted "How do you think of maintaining human relationship at the same time developing rocket science? How do you value the importance of religion, ancient values etc. to the growth of India? How do you wish to incorporate these to the new born developed India's soul?"

Jaideep was there, "I have read somewhere that there are certain things that you have kept safely with you as old day memoirs. I am not asking you to reveal about it, but what message you have to give to the young professionals of India?"

Sakshiwas there too with a naughty smile on her face. "You know, I dont like your hairstyle. You are a good scientist so why do you have such a sidey hair style?"

Jasmine reminded characters limits (I exactly remember it was comment columns) I had to cut short my dream. It was the turn of Dr APJ Abdul Kalam.

Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam's Photograph's shining with each comment. His hair is coming to touch his nose from both sides. His small eyes look deep into our eyes. He is talking. His long forehead and big noses are evidently projected.

"Well, young friends, being with you are a matter of joy since I always like interaction with younger people like you. I wrote the review to impress a message "Start your jouney forwad" . I wanted to share my vision of a developed India with you and i.e. I have written this review for you. I can recognize many of the above comments. In fact my review contains the answers for most of the questions. Still I can summarise the points.

Dream…Dream and dream. Dreams will turn on your thoughts. Thoughts will lead you to action. I am sure you have loved my dream of the meeting with Mahatma Gandhi, Abraham Lincoln, Albert Einstein, Emperor Ashoka & Khaleefa Omar. We should permit our dreams to flow from past to present to future. Our ability to dream as a nation decides on our course to development.

Then the people need good examples to follow. There are good forces and bad forces. Our parents, teachers and leaders should allow their children to dream and their dreams should be the one which help our great nation to move forward. The MSians like you should never leave your hope. You should be dedicated to your jobs so that you can take social responsibilities. You know the response I got when we approached Thumba parish. There will be always means when we approach confidently. Remember how the great person who introduced the white revolution in India was motivated.

I have put forwarded 5 basic needs we have to develop to bring India forward. Education, Medicine, Agriculture, Communication & Infrastructure. As advised by the great sages of India we should build our India based on our centuries old tradition as well. Our youth should be trained to live in harmony of values. Along with spiritual power we need financial power and force to protect our country. A strong man will only respect a strong man and not a weaker man. Individual goals should be replaced by group goals.

"Wisdom is the weapon to fight danger. Enemies cannot destroy a fort build on wisdom." Improve our knowledge. There are knowledge hidden everywhere. It is the stepping stone to progress and power. Our resources should utilize maximum to the benefit of our country. Did you read the incident of Berillium Diaphrom?

We are part of a great nation. We should be proud to be one, at the same time use our best efforts for the country using our knowledge and wisdom. Youngsters, dare to dream. Think and plan. Our vision is a developed India.

I have tried to write my review in the simplest form. I have included many selected questions I have answered. I hope you enjoy the answers to those. I tried to make the book as small as possible, like my other book Wings of Fire. Young MS readers, being part of a great nation which is thriving

to develop, do your hard work. Dare to dream and help our contry to be one.

======================================================================

I dedicate this review to two people: MB Farooq, whose review on Wings of Fire was the first inspiration for me to write and to Sonika (Akisha) whose writing skills prompted me to test a variation in my writing. (After reading Shalini's love story, I hope nobody will ask me when the dream ended)
