This is not a good device to use on the face. To give you an idea of the type of technology and thought process behind this device, do some research on Cupping, or ask and acupuncturist what cupping
is.
Basically the idea is that you apply suction to various parts of the body (most commonly the back - over the lungs -- to clear colds and infections).
OK - when I last got "cupped" I was black and blue from the cupping for WEEKS. What happens is the black markings left over is the toxins coming up from your body. Its really ugly.
I would never use this on your face. It is however excellent to run over your skin to stimulate the lymphatic system (which is just under the skin).
OK, I followed the instructions and tested this out on my arm. Since I have inflammation of my thumb due to Repetitive stress disorder, I applied this to my arms and thumb area. The result was the swelling went down and the area has more circulation. GREAT for the body. Id avoid the face, if you want to enjoy it.
OK, I did use this on my face, and have purple suction welts. However I did apply it to my neck and upper breast area to stimulate lymphatic drainage massage, and it worked really nice for that. Im curious how itd work on a swollen ankle?
