Idea cheating customers. Review on Idea Netsetter

Hi Guys,

I got idea net setter in July 2016 with a 5GB plan. The connection was ok initially. But after two months I started facing problem. I wrote to customer care many times to which they never responded. In the month of October 2016 I asked them to disconnect. They didn't disconnect. Again in November when I asked them to disconnect they disconnected but sent me huge bill. They said I have used over 8GB. I told them I have a 5 GB plan and your connection doesn't work as soon as or before it touches 5GB. How could I use 8GB. They can't explain but keep asking for extra money. I repeatedly asked them to send me the corrected bill. But they never did.

No one is there to explain how could I use 8GB when my plan was 5GB.

Idea is full of incompetent people and when you decide to leave their network they make unreasonable demands.

Be careful.

Guys all 4-5 ratings are from idea people. don't believe these ratings. Idea is pathetic
