Idea has no idea. Review on Idea Mobile Operator

Idea has really has no idea of what they are doing with the customers.Though a big competition is going in the telecom sector idea just continues with its pathetic network and costly plans.Idea is going down by time.It is sloping down towards the zero.The call sometimes gets disconnected.The internet is not always active.Actually on average I call customer care of idea 4-5 times a week to help me with internet problems.Sometimes the network coverage or the apn settings gets automatically reset and that is very frustrating.The big red mark is that they are charging comparatively much higher rates than other operators.The customer care is not always available as there is a huge queue of callers.Idea worked well in the beginning but now its service has really gone down.Idea has copied jio by launching their own video and other similar apps .Idea should concentrate on their basic functionality and improve the service which will not only help to retain the lost status but even to regenerate the trust back of company.
