Idea is one of the best operators in the entire india. I am an idea user. The reception is available in even the remote places. I say this from experience since I travel a lot.
Speaking about the customer service, it is also notably good. There are many operators who cut money based on VAS. But idea does not do that kind of cheap things. The plans of idea are a bit costly. Comparing with other services like bsnl provides 650 MB 3G for 98 , idea provides 400Mb 2G for 98.
That is a hell lot of difference. But the internet provides very good speed. I recommend idea services if you have pocket full of money.
