Hi Idea Team,
We have around 6 idea connections at our home.
I am from Pune and This is an issue with one of my mobile no. I have an Add-on No. 744743(Last four digits are same as my Primary No.) - Account No:- 100041925274. The mobile using the add-on sim is a BASIC phone and I don't know how come a dialer tone is activated on my mobile. as this phone is kept only for incoming purpose as of now because its in roaming. Once I dial on this add-on no and heard "Thanks for Calling Sachin" and I was surprised and when I saw the messages or dialed history, it does not have any no dialed with 52 or 55*, I don;t know your magic numbers.
Not the surprising thing is that, When I asked your customer care, he just up frontly said Yes You have activated the dialer tone on so and so date, and If you want we can stop the dialer tone on your Mobile, But you will be charged with amount of Rs. 249 as annual fee for that dialer tone.
When I saw the messages, its just an confirmation message from IDEA, that We have activated dialer tone on your mobile.
This is just a Forceful way of selling the things and charging the postpaid customers. which is unethical. and seriously IDEA customer care people should learn how to speak, when they don't have the authority and not know what is wrong and what is right they should not speak regarding it. that's why I have disconnected the call and decided not to argue on this. still that dialer tone is activated on my mobile for complete 1 year.
I want that dialer tone should be removed and My billing should be corrected. nothing else.
